One of the things I disliked about the hotel was its odd location. It seemed to be isolated with not much around, which meant I had to rely on taxis to go anywhere.

The Executive Lounge offered top shelf liquor, great food, and amazing breakfasts. The hotel's location next to Parksons mall was convenient. The hotel had incredible views of Zhengzhou city, and a delicious breakfast from the cityview restaurant.

Great hotel with excellent service. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. The room service was prompt and the food was of good quality. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The views of the surrounding area were beautiful, especially at night. We also enjoyed the variety of choices for breakfast.

One small issue we encountered was that the food selection in the executive lounge was not as extensive as we expected. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience at the hotel.
